怎样辨别外教教学质量?

  1、是否明确交代了这堂课的教学目标,并且完成了这个目标。如果只是瞎聊,那只个外国人都可以当外教了!

  2、目标重要,随机发挥也很重要。比如学面条这个单词时,可以延伸到面条是用什么做出来的,面条除了细细长长的形状外,还能做成哪些造型等等,简单点说,就是让学得变得更自然,在学得的过程中,有“习得”的成分。
