外教上岗是怎样的环节?

  简历筛选:外教机构采用100%纯北美外教并且需要具有高等教育背景,国籍学历不符合者一律不予聘用;

  Resume screening: foreign teachers' institutions adopt 100% pure North American foreign teachers and need to have higher education background. Those whose nationality and educational background do not meet the requirements will not be employed;

  资格审查:外教会对老师简历中所提供的各类资质证书进行严格的审核,包括学历证明、TESOL、TEFL证书等;

  口音测试:为了保障孩子可以掌握到纯正的美式发音,外教对外教口音严格把关;

  视频面试:在视频测试中外教将全面了解外教,并对其课堂能力进行测试;

  岗前培训:外教对外教进行严谨的岗前培训,让外教深刻了解课程重点及外教教学理念;

  上岗实操:外教有全程课堂监督机制,持续对外教进行监督,指出其在课堂中存在问题,并积极改正;
