  美国著名的教育家和学者大卫曾通过大量的教改实践提出:教学要以少儿为主体,允许少儿各抒己见。在美国的课堂教学中,少儿是整堂课的主流,他们按时(两周一次)变换他们在课堂上的位置,每次为自己找好一个伙伴,这样让少儿有充分锻炼听说的机会,学会交际的本领。在课堂交际中不断认识新伙伴,少儿的紧张感逐渐消失,少儿由惧说—想说—敢说的进步过程,说明少儿逐步克服心理障碍,增强自信心,并在交际过程中学到了新知识。
